Your EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you (or a third party nominated by you) physically receive the goods.

To exercise this right: email returns@loofco.com with your order number. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is at your expense. We will refund the full purchase price plus standard outward shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Beyond the statutory 14-day right, we offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Return any LoofCo product within 30 days for a full refund — because you deserve time to fall in love with your new eco routine. For hygiene, opened compostable products (loofahs, sponges) must have the packaging seal intact.

Damaged or incorrect items: report within 48 hours to returns@loofco.com with photos. We'll replace or refund at our cost including shipping.
