2. Orders & Contract

A binding contract forms when we send order confirmation. We may cancel due to stock errors, pricing errors, or fraud — fully refunded.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices include Danish VAT (25%). Shipping shown at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Klarna.

4. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods — no reason needed. Contact returns@loofco.com with order number. Return goods within 14 days of notification. Full refund within 14 days of return receipt. Return shipping at your cost.

5. Liability

We are liable for damages from gross negligence or wilful misconduct. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable typical damages. Statutory consumer rights unaffected.

6. Governing Law

Danish law applies. Your local consumer protection laws remain unaffected. EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
